Massive fire breaks out at at multi-storey government office on Central Avenue; 10 fire engines deployed

A high-rise fire erupted near Central Avenue in the city on Thursday morning.

The blaze originated on the fifth floor of a multi-storied building, which houses the office of the state public health and technical department.
